SU 99 49SW GUILDFORD PORTSMOUTH ROAD (East Side)

7/176 No. 79 13/1/72 GV II

House, now offices. Early C19. Incised colourwashed render with low pitched hipped slate roofs. Central two-storey block flanked by lower two-storey bays. End stacks to centre range. Three plate glass sash windows to the first floor centre, two windows below; one either side of Roman Ionic porch with two front columns and two pilasters to rear. Parapet over porch with cornice above. Side wings each have double casements on the first floor under 4-centre arched heads. Panelled door in left hand wing, garage door to right.
