Description

This is a 17th-century barn located 5 yards east of Papercourt Farmhouse. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding on the rear and ends, and brick infill on the exposed frame at the front. The barn has a plain tiled roof and a boarded gabled projection on the right side, supported by buttresses. It is rectangular in shape and positioned at right angles to the street. There is a door on the ground floor to the right and another door at the left end. The barn is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
