Description
Send Marsh Cottage is a cottage that dates from the late 17th century, with remodelling in the 18th century and restoration in the 20th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick with rendered return fronts and has a plain tiled roof. The cottage is two storeys high, featuring a plat band above the tall ground floor. There are end ridge stacks, which are offset to the left. On the first floor, there are four casement windows, and there are four windows below. To the left of the centre, there is a gabled porch that has a 20th-century studded, panelled, and part-glazed door. The cottage is included for its group value as a prominent feature around the green.
