Description

This barn, located 15 yards behind Eashing Farm Cottage, dates from the late 18th century. It features a timber frame with a brick and cement block underbuild on brick plinths, and is clad in tarred weatherboard with a half-hipped plain tiled roof. The barn is rectangular in shape and has central opposing wain entrances, although the entrance closest to the cottages is now blocked.

Inside, the barn consists of five bays with a queen-strut clasped and trenched purlin roof, and includes some diagonal windbracing. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
