Description

This is a barn, now used as a store, located 30 yards behind East End Farm House. It dates from the 18th century and features a timber frame set on a plinth of coursed clunch and brick, with a clunch rear wall that has brick dressings. The front is clad in wavy edge weatherboarding. The roof is plain tiled and half-hipped, extending over an outshot to the left and hipped over a central projection. The barn is rectangular in shape and has three cambered head casements on the ground floor of the left-hand return front, along with central opposing wain doors. Inside, it consists of five bays and has a Queen-post trenched purlin roof, with the end bay to the left floored. This building is included in the listing for its group value only.
