Description

The barn at Little Marsh Farm is a late 18th-century structure. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding and half-hipped roofs covered in plain tiles. The barn is rectangular and consists of five framed bays, with wain doors located in the center beneath pentice boards.

Inside, the barn has braced posts supporting a queen strut and clasped purlin roof. There is diagonal bracing in the framing of the end wall. A 20th-century extension has been added to one end of the barn.
