Cottage. C17. Timber framed, underbuilt in colourwashed, rendered brick, frame exposed above with brownbrick infilling, plain tiled roofs, stepping down to right. Two storeys with large cross-ridge stack to left of centre at junction of roofs. 4 framed bays with first floor bracing. 4 windows to the first floor, 5 windows below. Door to left of centre in pentice catslide porch extension to main roof. C20 garage extension to left.
