Description
The building, formerly known as the Post Office and Epsom School of Art extension, dates back to 1897. It is constructed of red brick with an ashlar ground floor, dressings, and parapets, topped by a pitched tile roof. The structure stands three storeys tall and features an eaves cornice adorned with moulded flower ornamentation and a parapet with crenellations. There are six ranges of mullion and transom casements, which include one canted bay. The ground floor windows of the Post Office are distinguished by cusped tracery in each light, and there is a gable over the central bay of the Post Office.
