Description

16 Waterloo Road is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. The exterior is roughcast and features three sash windows. The ground floor projects out across the full width of the building. There is a central door topped by a rectangular fanlight with diagonal glazing bars. The building has overhanging eaves and a slate roof, which includes three flat-topped sash dormers.
