Description

The building at 28 and 30 Waterloo Road is a two-storey structure dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and has a hipped tile roof with brick end stacks. The front elevation features three ranges of flush-framed sash windows with glazing bars. The ground-floor windows have segment-headed tops. There is one door at each property, partly glazed, each with a flat hood supported by consoles.
