Description
Nos 127 and 129 High Street are late 18th century buildings that stand three storeys tall, constructed of red brick and featuring four sash windows. They have a brick cornice, an 18th-century parapet, and a tiled roof. On the ground floor, from left to right, there is one sash window followed by a prominent original double bowed shop front with a panelled base, brass cills, and a central entrance flanked by fluted and gilded pilasters, topped with an enriched frieze and an overall fascia. To the right, there is a smaller 19th-century shop front with plate glass windows.
