Description

Korea Cottages, now a pair of cottages, were built in the late 18th century. The lower portion of the building is rendered, while the upper portion is constructed of red and blue brick, topped with a hipped roof covered in plain tiles, with stacks at each end. The building is two storeys high and has a plat band above the ground floor. It originally had three bays, with two casement windows on the first floor; the central window has been blocked. There is a ground floor window to the left, featuring a rendered keystone. A central recessed porch with a 20th-century glazed door is present. Single-story rendered extensions have been added to each end; a glazed door is located to the left at number 10, and a door to number 9 is in the return front. There are two wings projecting at right angles to the rear.
