Downside Farm House is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Cobham Park Road in the Borough of Elmbridge. The building is constructed of red brick on a rendered plinth and features plain tiled roofs that are hipped, with chimney stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. It stands two storeys high and comprises five bays, with a brick band running above the ground floor. The windows are sash style, and there are two blocked windows one bay in from each end on the first floor. A panelled door, located to the right of the center, has glazed top panels and is set beneath a gabled porch supported by wooden posts. The left-hand return front has three bays with arched casement windows featuring Y tracery, and a central arched door that is half glazed in a similar style, topped with a flat porch hood. There is also a further wing on the right-hand side.
