Description

This lamp post, located 20 yards north of Service Court in Whiteley Village, dates from around 1912. It is made of cast iron and features a square base with a diagonally framed basket top. The lamp has a four-legged tapering standard, and the lantern is topped with a decorative finial, supported by a doubled scroll-work S-curve arm.
