Description

The Actons is a cottage extension located to the east of The Glen, dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with timber lintels and features a Cotswold stone roof. There is a 20th-century chimney at the left end. The building has two storeys and two windows, with 20th-century casements that include leading. On the ground floor to the left, there is a five-sided bay with a conical roof that projects from the wall, and to the right, there is a half-glazed door. The rear of the building appears to be from the 18th century. The Actons is included in the listing for its group value with nearby structures.
