Description

Sunnyside is a mid-19th century house located on Church Street, Charlbury. The house is constructed with a stone plinth and broad-jointed ashlar facing, with a brick gable and a stone slate roof. There are two brick end chimneys. It is three storeys and an attic, with a symmetrical three-window front. The windows are large-paned sashes throughout, with a two-panel door set within an architrave featuring small decorative lugs, all sheltered by a continuous hood. One hipped dormer is present, featuring glazed sides. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
