Probably 2 small houses, now one dwelling. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble with wooden lintels; Stonesfield-slate roof with brick gable stack. 3-unit outshut plan. 2 storeys plus attic. Regular 3-window front has renewed leaded. 2-light casements and a ribbed door to left of the middle window; a blocked opening to right was probably also a doorway, giving a symmetrical front. Right gable wall has the stack and a small outshut. Further outshut to rear. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
