Description
Dean Manor Cottage is a small house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with some squared dressings, and has a Stonesfield-slate roof with blue-brick gable stacks. The house follows a central-stair plan, and is two storeys high plus an attic. The symmetrical three-window front features renewed cross windows with rubble flat arches, and a central door framed with heavy timber, sheltered by a tiled canopy. The steep-pitched roof is punctuated by three gabled roof dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
