Description

Peartree Cottage is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble and features wooden lintels. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has stone and rendered gable stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high. The front has three windows and includes tall 19th-century casements, with the entrance positioned to the right of centre. The right gable wall has a prominent chimney projection, and the rear features some leaded casements. The interior has not been inspected. Peartree Cottage is included for its group value.
