House, now shop and dwelling. Mid C16; refronted mid C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble, partly timber-framed, and stuccoed to front; gabled stone slate roof with artificial stone slates to rear; left end stack of stone finished in brick. L-plan with rear left wing. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Outshut projection to right has 2-light window with glaring bars above C20 three-light window; range to left, with rusticated pilaster strips, has mid C19 two-pane sashes set in moulded architraves above canted shop front with C20 doors. Early/mid C16 two-storey rear range: of roughcast timber framing jettied over limestone rubble ground floor; gabled artificial stone slate roof. Interior: quartered chamfered beams. Mid C16 fireplace has hollow-chamfered corbelled lintel. C16 collar-truss roofs with through purlins and ridge purlin notched into blades halved at ridge.
