Description

Wysdomes is a house that now includes shop premises, likely dating from the early 18th century. It features a timber-framed and plastered front with a hipped stone slate roof, showcasing Provincial Baroque details. The building stands three storeys high and has two bays. It is adorned with tall glazing-bar sash windows set within architraves that have cornices and cill blocks, flanked by outer raised and fielded panel timber pilaster strips. The ground floor has boxed out square shop windows on either side of a half-glazed door, with an alleyway entry set back to the left, aligned with the rest of the elevation.
