Description
This building is the southern part of the Oxford and Swindon Cooperative, likely dating from the 17th century and remodeled in the early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone roof and has two storeys plus attics. The facade features two gabled dormers and two first-floor windows with glazing bar sashes, which are set beneath timber lintels. There is a modern projecting ashlar shop front that may align with the site of a medieval booth. At the rear, there is a picturesque single-storey extension with an attic, complete with a gable and a gabled dormer.
