Description

The wall surrounding St Mary's Church is a Grade II listed retaining wall made of limestone rubble. It extends approximately 11 metres north to 16 metres south of the chancel and stands about one metre high. There are stone steps located to the north and south of the wall. This structure encloses a raised hill-top site.
