The retaining wall to the north and west of the churchyard of the Church of St Mary is a notable structure that extends approximately 50 meters to the south and 35 meters to the east, forming the northern and western boundaries of the churchyard. It is possibly from the 18th century or early 19th century and is constructed of sandstone rubble. The wall is situated in a prominent position within the village.
