Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a small house dating from the early 18th century, with a 20th-century extension. The building is constructed of coursed clunch rubble with some brick dressings and has an old plain-tile roof featuring a brick gable stack. It has a two-unit plan and is one storey plus attics. The front has two windows and a doorway located to the right of centre, positioned between two renewed 2-light casements, all of which have brick labels and jambs. There are also two 2-light dormers. The roof is half-hipped on the left side with a stack on the right. A 20th-century rear wing is attached to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
