Description

No. 191 on Thame Road is a small house built in the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed clunch rubble with some brick dressings and has an old plain-tile roof featuring a brick gable stack. The house has a single-unit plan and stands two storeys tall. The front facade includes three-light casements on both the ground and first floors, with a plank door located at the extreme right. The walls and openings are accented with brick quoins, except for the ground floor window, which has a stone segmental arch. A large projecting chimney with brick quoins is found on the left gable wall. The interior has not been inspected.
