Description
This is a 17th-century house located on Thame Road in Beverley. The building features rendered and colorwashed timber framing along with clunch rubble, topped by a plain-tile roof with brick stacks. It has a three-unit plan and is one storey high with attics. The front has a two-bay timber-framed section with three windows, which includes an entrance and casements of two and three lights. To the right, there is a rendered rubble bay that has two additional casements, and the roof features three two-light dormers. The right gable wall has a large chimney projection, and there is another ridge stack to the right of center. A small outshut is present against the left gable wall. Inside, there is a large open fireplace with a small chamber opening off the recess.
