Description
Church View is a small house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rendered and colourwashed timber framing and brick, with a thatched roof and a brick gable stack. The house has a 2-unit plan, incorporating a gable outshut. It is one storey high with attics. The front has two windows, with a central door situated within a small 20th-century porch, between two 2-light casements with small panes of glass. There are two 2-light dormers above and a further ground-floor casement in the outshut to the right. The roof is hipped to the right and extends over the outshut. A chimney projecting from the left gable wall is likely from the 19th century. The interior has not been inspected.
