Description
Rose Cottage is a small house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with some rendered timber framing and features an old plain-tile roof with a renewed brick gable stack. The house has a two-unit plan with a rear outshut and stands two storeys high. The front has three windows made of brick, which includes a stepped brick plinth, a storey band, and a cut-brick dentil cornice. The entrance consists of a plank door situated between three-light casements, all of which have segmental arches. On the first floor, there are two-light casements flanking a blind window. The left gable of the house is timber framed. The interior has not been inspected.
