Description

The Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed clunch rubble and features an old plain-tile roof with brick stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and is two storeys high. The front has three windows and a central six-panel door situated in an open tiled porch, flanked by three-light segmental-arched casements. On the first floor, there are three three-light casements. The left gable wall has a large chimney projection, with an additional ridge stack located to the right of the centre. There is a 20th-century rear extension to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
