Description

Cobb’s Cottage is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed clunch rubble with a Welsh-slate roof and a brick gable stack. The building follows a two-unit plan. The front elevation has two storeys and two windows. A central six-panel door is set between two three-light casement windows, both with segmental arches above. Two further three-light casement windows are at the first floor, along with a similar inserted window to the far left, situated above a small 20th-century extension. The steep-pitched roof has a stack to the right. A leaded 18th-century casement window with a heavy frame is visible at the rear. The interior remains uninspected. The property is included on the list for its group value.
