Description
Overy Farm Cottage is an early 18th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It is constructed of coursed clunch rubble with brick dressings and features an old plain-tile roof with brick stacks. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high. The front façade is regular with six windows and includes a stepped plinth and a storey band that rises above the doorway located in the third bay from the left. The two windows to the left and the blocked second window from the right have gauged flat arches, while the other two ground floor windows have later segmental arches. All windows are fitted with 20th-century metal casements. There are stacks located at the left gable and to the right of the centre. The interior has not been inspected.
