Description

Mulberry Cottage is a house dated 1708, located on Benson High Street. The building features render, likely on brick, on the ground floor and 20th-century tile hanging on the first floor, topped with an old plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The entrance is a six-panel part-glazed door situated in the center. There are 19th-century angled bays on both the left and right sides, which are covered by a common hipped roof. The first floor has three 2-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
