Description
15 Brook Street is a house dating from the early 18th century, with 19th-century extensions. It features a red brick base, with bands of rubble stone and flint, along with brick dressings. The roof is covered in plain tiles, and there is a brick stack at the right end. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range that is set at right angles to the street. On the ground floor, there are three 3-light wooden casements with segmental brick heads, and on the first floor, there are three 2-light wooden casements. To the right, there is a single-storey and attic wing that has a double part-glazed door with a gabled tiled hood to the left and two 4-light wooden casements with segmental brick heads to the right. The wing also features two gabled dormers. To the left, there is a single 3-light wooden casement with a segmental brick head. The interior has not been inspected.
