Description
Paddock House is an 18th-century house that was likely encased in the early 19th century. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings and features a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate with lead ridges. The house is three stories tall and has a three-window range. There is a 20th-century extension at the center of the ground floor, which was the former main entrance; the current entry is now at the rear. The ground and first floors have 12-pane sash windows with plain rendered surrounds, while the second floor features 9-pane sash windows with similar surrounds. A rendered band runs between the ground and first floors, as well as between the first and second floors. The eaves are adorned with a moulded wood cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
