Description

No. 27 Brook Street is a house dating from the 16th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The exterior is rendered, likely over brick, and features a plain-tile roof with brick stacks. The house is single storey with an attic and has a four-window range. To the left of the centre, there is a part-glazed, 20th-century panelled door. The windows are arranged irregularly and consist of casements. There are three gabled half-dormers on the right side and a cross-gable on the left, which has an end stack. The interior has not been inspected.
