Description
This is an early 17th-century house, with later alterations, located on the south side of Chiltern View in Tetsworth. The house has a painted plinth and exhibits irregular timber framing with painted brick and uncoursed stone rubble infill. The roof is thatched, with a half-hipped design, and features a brick stack to the left of the centre and a brick end stack to the right. It was likely originally a three-unit lobby-entry plan. The house is single-storey with an attic, and consists of a three-bay range. A four-panel, part-glazed door is located to the left of the centre. It contains irregular fenestration with 19th-century casement windows. A swept dormer is situated to the right of the centre. The interior has not been inspected.
