Description

This is a mid-18th century house, likely dating from around the 1740s, with later alterations. The house is constructed of painted brick, with an old plain-tile roof and brick end stacks, including a ridge stack located to the right of centre. It is two storeys high and has a three-window front. A 20th-century panelled door is situated to the right of centre. The ground floor has 16-pane unhorned sash windows on either side of the door. A two-storey angled bay window is centrally located, featuring 20th-century casements on the ground floor and horizontal sliding sashes on the first floor. The first floor has horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars on both the left and right sides of the front. The interior has not been inspected. This building possesses group value from the contribution it makes to the streetscape.
