Small house. Early/mid C18. Limestone rubble with squared quoins and timber lintels; old plain-tile roof with brick ridge stack. 2-unit lobby-entry plan with later rear oushut. 2 storeys. 2-window front has central plank door between 2-light casements and similar windows at first floor but placed nearer the centre. Blocked entrances to extreme left and right plus indications of early alterations of ground-floor windows. Hipped roof. Interior not inspected. Possibly originally 2 cottages.
