Description
The New College Rooms, located on New College Lane, were built in the mid-19th century. This building is constructed from ashlar and features a gable end facing the street. It has two storeys, with a prominent four-light mullion and transom window with a traceried head on the upper level, and a similar three-light window below. The roof is slate, adorned with gabled dormers, and the structure includes moulded coping and kneelers. The New College Rooms, along with No 5 and Nos 6 to 8, form a cohesive group.
