Description

No 5 Bath Place is a house whose original construction date is uncertain, but it was altered in the 18th century. The building has two storeys and features a mix of rubble and roughcast materials. The east gable end is roughcast, and it has late 18th century style sash windows. On the south side, there are casement windows, and the first floor is stuccoed over a rubble ground floor. Attached to the west is a three-storey red brick house with a Welsh slate roof, which was formerly 7 St Helen's Passage and is now part of No 5 Bath Place. Nos 1 to 7 Bath Place form a group.
