Description

No 5, New College Lane is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick, with a rubble east wall. It stands three storeys tall and features one window. The ground and first floors have tripartite sashes with glazing bars, while the top floor has a double sash window. The entrance is marked by a panelled door. The building has a parapet, and the roof is not visible. No 5, along with Nos 6 to 8, forms a group of buildings.
