Description
This building, originally a house and now functioning as a dental surgery, is constructed of ironstone ashlar and features a steeply pitched stone slate roof. It has two storeys plus an attic and presents a five-window range. The central entrance is highlighted by a Tuscan doorcase, a six-panelled door, and an overlight. On either side of the entrance, there are pairs of sash windows with glazing bars, each three panes wide. The first floor has five similar windows. Above, two hipped roof dormers contain casements with lead cames. The building is finished with a moulded wooden eaves cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
