GV II Small house, formerly subdivided. Probably early C18 and mid C18. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels; concrete plain-tile roof with brick stacks. 2-unit plan with rear wing. 2 storeys. Front is in 2 builds, the right half earlier with two 2-light renewed casements at first floor and originally 3-light casements below; the right window survives but the left has been converted to a doorway then to a 2-light window. Left half of front, in finer stonework, has a plank door adjoining the earlier section, and has a further renewed casement at first floor and a 3-light C18 casement below. Steep-pitched roof has stacks to right of bays one and 3. Rear wing returns from left. Interior not inspected.
