GV II Small house. Early C18. Coursed squared marlstone with some wooden lintels; concrete plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window front has the entrance set to left of centre with, at both floors, 2-light casements to left and 3-light casements to right, all except one renewed. Window to left of doorway has a stone flat arch. Steep-pitched roof. Interior not inspected.
