Description

The Cottage is a small house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels, and has a concrete plain-tile roof with brick end stacks. The house follows a two-unit plan. The two-storey facade has a central plank door set between two 2-light casement windows. Similar 2-light casement windows are located at the first floor, and are more closely spaced. A secondary entrance is positioned to the extreme right. The roof has a steep pitch. The interior has not been inspected.
