Description

Park Farmhouse and Park Farm Cottage comprise a farmhouse, now divided into two separate houses, dating to the 18th century. The building is constructed from limestone rubble with wooden lintels, and has a plain-tile roof with brick stacks. It has an L-shaped layout. The taller main range, now Park Farmhouse, has two storeys plus an attic, while the lower range, now Park Farm Cottage, has one storey plus an attic. The front of the main range features a four-window arrangement of sash windows, mostly with 12 panes, and a six-panel entrance door positioned to the right of a projecting lower wing. A further sash window is visible on the right gable wall, and a projecting canted bay window from the 19th century is positioned at first-floor level. The lower range and outshuts to the left have been modernized and partly rebuilt. The interior has not been inspected.
