Description
Unit 22 of the Castle Centre, known as Rumbelows, is a building that was originally a house, likely dating from the 18th century or earlier. It features painted brickwork and a slate roof, with a renewed brick stack at one end. The structure has two storeys plus an attic and presents a three-window range. The shop front was added in the 20th century. On the first floor, there are two tri-partite sash windows and a central sash window, all of which include glazing bars and keystoned heads. The building has a gabled roof dormer and a moulded eaves cornice. It was formerly known as the Angel Inn, and the interior was remodeled in the 20th century.
