Description
Connell's Leeds Permanent Building Society is an office building dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped tile roof with a brick ridge stack. The building stands three storeys high and has a three-window range. The 19th-century front includes three 4-light sash windows on the first floor, each with stone lintels, and three similar windows on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected. The building occupies a prominent site between the Market Place and Bridge Street.
