Description

This monument, erected in 1812, is located on Hethe Road in Stoke Lyne. It is built of brick faced with ironstone and stands approximately 25 feet high in the form of an obelisk. The monument was created in memory of "Lady," the favorite foxhound of Sir Thomas Mostyn, who was the Master of Foxhounds for the Bicester Foxhounds from 1800 to 1830.
